Her birth took a little longer than I had hoped because of a prolonged pushing stage, but it was peaceful and beautiful. I could not have done it without my amazing hypno-doula and midwives; I am in awe of them. We came home from the birth center just a few hours after Lucia was born and have been enjoying time at home snuggled up as a family.
She is a sweet, mellow girl with brown hair and big eyes like her brother.
